Cancellation & Refunds
exquisite.co.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 7 Days Replacement Guarantee below.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the exquisite.co.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received within 7 working days).
All products sold at exquisite.co.in are covered under our 3 Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (3) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a replacement – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Replacements are being processed within 3 days from the date of delivery.
